Hettie has always been quick to respond to any questions I asked or any concerns I may have had during our trip planning stages. The planning stages for this trip took nearly nine months before we went in May. I had the privilege of meeting Miss Hettie at my place of employment through a mutual colleague. She is very kind, professional and jovial. I wanted to do something special and different for my birthday, so she did some research on quotes for Florida and Aruba for me.

A great trip! My travel consultant is wonderful. She gave a number of options and we were able to choose the one that worked best for us. We had a short window of time to plan..it was kind of a last minute trip..but Hettie was able to get us great prices for fight and hotel in New York City. I will book with her again!!
